Abstract preparation instruction

* The abstract should include: title, author's name(s), affiliation/organisation, postal and email addresses, abstract (250 words maximum), key words (maximum five words)
* Use font type Arial
* Use bold 14 point for the title
* Use 12 point for the authors' and affiliation names and addresses
* Use 10 point for the abstract proper
