Dear Colleagues,
It is my honor to serve as Treasurer of AFOMP and to support the Federation’s mission through prudent financial stewardship and responsible governance.
Over the past year, we have remained committed to maintaining financial stability, strengthening transparency in reporting, and ensuring that the Federation’s resources are managed with accountability and foresight. These efforts are essential to sustaining AFOMP’s educational programs, professional initiatives, and collaborative activities across the Asia–Oceania region, while positioning the Federation for long-term sustainability.
In parallel with sound financial management, we are pleased to support the forthcoming AOCMP 2026, the 26th Asia-Oceania Congress of Medical Physics, to be held in Busan from 9–11 September 2026. This important regional congress will provide an excellent platform for scientific exchange, professional collaboration, and the continued advancement of medical physics within our community.
I extend my sincere appreciation to the Executive Committee, Council Members, and National Member Organizations for their trust and cooperation. Through our collective commitment to integrity, transparency, and collaboration, we will continue to ensure that AFOMP remains strong, sustainable, and responsive to the needs of our profession.
