Prof. Kiyonari Inamura is one of the founders of and contributed significantly to the sustained development of the AFOMP. In memorial of the great medical physicist and his vast contributions, Prof. Kiyonari Inamura Memorial AFOMP Oration was established to recognize and appreciate the outstanding contributions of medical physicists from the AFOMP region. This year, a medical physicist will receive the Award during the Asia-Oceania Congress on Medical Physics 2026 (AOCMP2026), held in conjunction with the 72nd Scientific Meeting of Korean Society of Medical Physics in Busan, Korea.

All the nomination forms and its associated documents should be sent to AFOMP Secretary-General (sg.afomp@gmail.com) and copied to the Chair of Awards and Honors Committee (ahc.afomp@gmail.com) by 15th June 2026 (23:59 GMT).
