Call for Expressions of Interest (EOI) to host the 21 Asia-Oceania Congress of Medical Physics (AOCMP) in 2021
The Asia-Oceania Federation of Organizations for Medical Physics (AFOMP) is now receiving “Expressions of
Interest” from Asia-Oceania countries to host the Asia-Oceania Congress of Medical Physics to be held in 2021.
Since 2001 AFOMP is holding AOCMP every year [preferably in November – December] in AFOMP countries.

The call for hosting is announced on the AFOMP website http://www.afomp.org
The deadline for submission of “Expressions of Interest” is the August 31, 2019. Notices of intent and complete proposals should be received within the above deadlines. They shall be sent electronically by email to the AFOMP Secretary General’s office:

The final bidding will be made in the AFOMP Council meeting held during the 19th AOCMP at Perth, Australia during 28- 30 October 2019 where bidders will be required to make a formal presentation in support of their bid.
Please note that the bidder representative will present all the details to council in support of their bid. The successful bidder has to sign an MOU with AFOMP within 06 month of decision on the bid. The previous signed MOU/DRAFT MOU copy can be obtained from SG, AFOMP
