AFOMP Industrial Webinar Series
This document describes the procedures and criteria of organising the AFOMP industrial webinar.
Mission:
Provide a platform for industry experts to share medical physics knowledge and foster collaboration.
Target Audience:
AFOMP members
Format:
• 1-hour webinars
• Two 30-minute presentations by industry sponsors including Q&A sessions (5 minutes each)
Benefits for Sponsors:
• Showcase products & applications
• Gain brand recognition & visibility
• Reach targeted medical physics audience
Sponsorship Fee:
USD 500 for Corporate member and USD 1,000 for non-corporate members per session
Limited sponsorship opportunities:
Maximum 2 webinars per company, per year
Content Guidelines:
• Presentations must focus on the scientific basis and clinical implementation.
• Promotional content will be strictly limited.
Marketing & Promotion:
• AFOMP website, email, social media
• Encouragement for sponsor promotion
Review & Evaluation:
• Periodic program reviews
• Feedback from attendees & sponsors
Approval & Amendments:
• Approved by AFOMP Excom on April 2024
• Subject to amendment by AFOMP Excom
