The bid for hosting AOCMP are invited about 18 months in advance. The proposals are evaluated and decided by general council of AFOMP for venue of next conference during the current year AOCMP meeting.
Bidding Procedure:
The call for hosting will be announced on the AFOMP website http://www.afomp.org. Notices of intent and complete proposals should be received within the deadline as per the notification. They shall be sent electronically by email to the AFOMP Secretary General’s office:

The final bidding will be made in the AFOMP Council meeting held during the AOCMP conference, where bidders will be required to make a formal presentation in support of their bid.
Please note that there should be a complete confidence of the presenters that there would not be any chance to cancel their interest after final decision.
