Dear IRPA15 Colleagues

Hopefully, everyone stays safe and healthy amid COVID‐19 Pandemic that is seemingly getting worse again. The IRPA15 Organization Committee is taking its last stride to prepare the IRPA15 to be successfully held in January 2021, in Seoul and by on‐line. I also owe you an apology for having failed to give detailed information individually, which might have caused lots of confusion.

As notified back in September, the IRPA15 is decided to be held as a hybrid setting with both online presentation and offline presentation. From January 18 to 19, there will be an in‐person event in COEX, Seoul, where the oral and poster presentations will be provided in several sessions while a few sessions such as ‘Fukushima Daiichi’s Current Situations and Perspective’ will be made in a live webinar format. For the following six days (from 20th to 22nd and 25th to 27th of January), all issued sessions will be held from 21:00 to 24:15 PM (KST) as a live webinar format. The rest of the presentations other than the described above will be accessible as prerecorded video plus presentation materials for all participants on the IRPA15 webpage from January 18 to February 5.

Since a few weeks ago, we have started to upload Scientific Program on the IRPA15 website, and I’m pleased to inform you that the list of all presentations has finally been uploaded now. You can visit the IRPA15 webpage and check out the session arrangement and presentation titles. If there is any issue found, feel free to contact info@irpa2020.org.

You can also find the instruction on the webpage about how to make the presentation materials. I hope the instruction can help you to prepare the presentation materials. I should note that it is okay for those presenters in Poster Session to prepare your materials either in PDF format or about 3 minute‐long video PowerPoint format. Beside, please be aware that even if you are to present in the Poster Session offline, submitting your PDF materials on the webpage is mandatory.

For those who have not registered yet, I recommend you complete the registration process after checking the registration fee reduced according to the transition to the hybrid format. If you have already paid the registration fee, the difference amount will be refunded. The refund process will begin independently. We will inform you of the refund process in another notice shortly.

The IRPA15 is also preparing Refresher Courses with diverse and informative topics. Your active participation will be much appreciated. Even if you have already finished registration, a new web page will open for an additional application. Please, continue to check on the webpage.
